Rare Collector Cases
The wines I'm offering today are in 'mint condition.' They are not only made by top producers like Luciano Sandrone, Bruno Giacosa and Angelo Gaja in excellent vintages, but they are also bottles that are in their beautiful original wooden cases.

Gaja Barbaresco 2005 (12 Bottles in Original Wood Case)

The great modernist of Piemonte turned out an exceptional Barbaresco in 2005; it's a rich, high-toned bottling--one of the true stars of the vintage.

Bruno Giacosa Barbaresco Asili 2001 (12 Bottles in Original Wood Case)

Bruno Giacosa is the legendary name in Barolo and his Asili cru is one his greatest achievements. Produced in extremely limited quantities (250 cases on average) it is a vibrant, elegant and expressive wine
HK$15,800.00

La Poderina Brunello di Montalcino Poggio Banale 2001 (12 Bottles in Original Wood Case)

The Italian insurance agency SAI purchased La Poderina some twenty years ago and made a serious investment in the property. The wines are elegant, well balanced and remarkably accessible now.
HK$9,980.00

grattamacco_rosso.jpg
Grattamacco Rosso Superiore 2004 (12 Bottles in Original Wood Case)

Although the name Grattamacco is not as well-known as its neighbor Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia, it is also a classic Super Tuscan. Made primarily from Sangiovese, it is a wine of great refinement and style.
HK$7,400.00

Poderi Aldo Conterno Barolo Granbussia Riserva 2001 (12 Bottles in Orginal Wood Case)

Aldo Conterno considers 2000 and 2001 to be two of his greatest recent vintages; although bottlings of Granbussia (a blend of several vineyard sites produced only in top years) are classic Barolos, which means they have years of development in their future although the 2000 Granbussia is remarkably accessible and drinking beautifully right now.
HK$18,000.00
