Dettori
Believed to have been brought from Spain to the island of Sardegna in the 14thcentury, the Cannonau grape in Dettori's Rosso derives from 120-year-old vines on their Sennori vineyards.

From 120-year old vines in Sardegna, this remarkable red is not to be missed. Alessandro Dettori is working outside of the box: he is using traditional methods, vinifying in cement with no temperature control, no filtration. His wines are all natural. Intense ruby red color, continuous and persistent aroma, pleasant mineral notes. Dry, warm, big bodied with soft tannins. Long aromatic persistence. Perfect for wildgame, sirloin steak, lamb and roasted goat.
