Fees

Orders within Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories will be delivered. Please include apartment/suite number and any special delivery instructions. An adult must be present during business hours to receive and sign for packages. A delivery fee of $100 .00 HKD will be charged for orders totaling less than $1,000 .00 HKD; delivery in Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories is free for orders totaling $1,000 .00 or more for a single delivery.

Handling costs apply to all shipments to outlying islands or areas outside of Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories and will be charged along with the order.  Charges vary depending on delivery location.

Restrictions

IWM ships non-alcoholic items such as glassware, books and antique corkscrews worldwide and will charge applicable carrier fees.

Weather Conditions

Extreme weather conditions can damage wine. IWM will recommend expedited shipping for all urgent orders placed during particularly hot or cold months and will not be responsible for damage to orders placed for regular ground shipping at these times.
