Temperature Advisory

Please note that in order to protect wines from being damaged, IWM Hong Kong (IWM) will not send shipments to areas experiencing extremely inclement weather. If you require an immediate shipment please feel free to contact us at (852) 2293-4286 to discuss your shipping options.

Shipping & Handling

Please note that orders are processed within 48 hours if placed between Monday and Friday before 5:00pm (HKT). To guarantee this service, please contact a representative at (852) 2293-4286.

Fees

Orders within Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories will be delivered. Please include apartment/suite number and any special delivery instructions. An adult must be present during business hours to receive and sign for packages. A delivery fee of $100.00 HKD will be charged for orders totaling less than $1,000.00 HKD; delivery in Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories is free for orders totaling $1,000.00 or more for a single delivery.

Handling costs apply to all shipments to outlying islands or areas outside of Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories and will be charged along with the order. Charges vary depending on delivery location.

Restrictions

IWM Hong Kong ships non-alcoholic items such as glassware, books and antique corkscrews worldwide and will charge applicable carrier fees.

Weather Conditions

Extreme weather conditions can damage wine. IWM Hong Kong recommends second-day shipping outside Hong Kong Island / Kowloon / New Territories for all urgent orders placed during particularly hot or cold months and will not be responsible for damage to orders placed for regular ground shipping at these times. General Terms of Purchase

Any wine sold to you from IWM Hong Kong (IWM) is sold in Hong Kong and title passes to you, the buyer, in Hong Kong. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wine. IWM Hong Kong makes no representation concerning your legal rights to ship or receive wine into any country outside of Hong Kong, and we cannot ship wine to certain countries. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination. You must be 18 years or older to buy wine. By placing your order with IWM Hong Kong you certify under penalty of perjury that you and the recipient are at least 18 years old. When the wine is delivered, the recipient will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 18 years old. IWM Hong Kong is not responsible for errors or omissions. Prices are subject to change due to availability and issue date. These terms apply to all sales and are the basis upon which orders are accepted. They will apply to all future transactions unless stated otherwise in writing.

Prearrival Wines

IWM Hong Kong occasionally offers wines for sale on a prearrival basis, noted as such. Buying wines on a prearrival basis often allows the buyer an opportunity to purchase rare wines at lower costs. As these wines are sold from IWM Hong Kong's current location in Europe you may consult with a representative about expedited air freight options to receive wines you purchase more immediately. Prearrival wines will vary in how long they will take to arrive in Hong Kong depending on source and quantity.
